Event Marketing Specialist

Our client, a leading innovator in audio, video, and imaging technologies , is actively hiring an Experiential Marketing Specialist to join their team in San Francisco, CA! *This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits offered!* In this role, you will be responsible for helping this team bring wow-worthy experiences to the world. You will be partnering with passionate experts and contributing to the creation of unforgettable live events that showcase the power of their technologies. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of experiential events, including industry tradeshows, product launches, internal summits, partner demo experiences, and more Own critical program logistics including external guest communications, hotel block coordination, onsite check-in, data collection and reporting Build and maintain organizational tools Support onsite event operations including setup, execution, guest experience, and teardown Manage and prioritize competing asks, intake feedback and direction, and manage tasks Skills Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience in events Experience working in the entertainment or hospitality field is a plus!
