Duration: 4+ months Compensation: $60-70/hr W2 Location: 100% REMOTE
Requirements:
- NiCE CXone Scripting skills, NiCE CCaaS experience
- Experience with NiCE CXone suite of products including hands-on experience implementing NiCE CXone tools, reports, dashboards, training, and call/chat workflows
- CXone Studio scripting and advanced contact routing
- Experience working with NiCE portal
- Knowledge of application architecture
- Prior experience working with Salesforce or ServiceNow
