Patient Safety Specialist: Elevate Healthcare Safety

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Patient Safety Specialist to support, monitor, and sustain a comprehensive patient safety program at the unit level across OSF locations. You will collaborate with clinical and operational leaders, Mission Partners, and interdisciplinary teams to identify risks, track safety events, and promote a culture of safety through frontline engagement and education.
The role emphasizes action planning, reliability in care delivery, and involvement in safety activities.
