Your Responsibilities as a Warehouse Coordinator

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are a vital part of our team. You'll manage inventory, support technicians, and ensure the warehouse stays clean, safe, and efficient.

Here's what you'll do:

• Receive deliveries, inspect materials, and report damaged goods.
• Use ServiceTitan and Flowtrac to manage inventory, purchase orders, and material assignments.
• Read and understand packing slips, invoices, and service tickets.
• Organize and rotate inventory so everything is easy to find and properly accounted for.
• Stage parts for technicians and track replenished materials.
• Coordinate daily movement of Parts Runners.
• Maintain equipment checkin/checkout logs and ensure tools are returned in good condition.
• Keep the warehouse clean, secure, and well maintained.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, vendors, and management.
• Follow all safety protocols and operate vehicles according to company and motor vehicle laws.
• Serve as an ambassador of Aire Serv's values through professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.

Strong Communication Skills: You'll interact with technicians, managers, vendors, and runners - clarity and professionalism matter.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical activity.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
• Strong organization, followthrough, and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and a passion for helping others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.

Pay Range: $18-$29/hr , depending on your level of experience.
