Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to support a busy outpatient specialty medical practice. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for patients while managing scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and day-to-day front desk responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients throughout the check-in process Schedule and manage patient appointments Verify insurance coverage and patient information Enter and update patient demographics in the EMR Maintain patient charts and documentation Answer patient questions and provide front desk support Assist physicians and office leadership as needed Maintain a professional and welcoming patient experience Required Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical office Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Availability to work the required weekday schedule and 1–2 Saturdays per month Preferred Qualifications Previous medical office or healthcare experience Knowledge of medical insurance and insurance verification EPIC experience Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Monday: 8:00am-4:30pm Tuesday: 8:30am-5:00pm Thursday: 9:00am-close Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm OR Monday: 8:00am-4:30pm Tuesday: 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm *Please note: schedule subject to change based on physician schedules. #J-18808-Ljbffr TAG MedStaffing
