In-house design, engineering, printing, manufacturing, and fulfillment guarantee excellence from concept to completion.Job DescriptionAct as subject matter expert, project lead, and main point of contact for internal and external project coordinationEnsure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budgetDevelop and maintain internal project plans, including estimates, timelines, and objectives (experience with workfront is a plus)Act as an expert communicator and coordinator of internal resources and third-party vendors to promote flawless executionCommunicates the project status, requirements, and structure across the Project Management team and all necessary departments.Define potential problems and suggest alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.Manages day-to-day progress of projects including risk assessment and problem resolution.Schedule and attend project planning meetings as needed; serves as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.Working with Accounts Receivable, manages customer billing.
