Ascend Healthcare is looking for a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider based in Eureka, CA to deliver psychiatric care through a hybrid telemedicine and in-person approach. The role encompasses comprehensive treatment for patients with mental health and substance use disorders. Ideal candidates will have an active medical license in California, at least 2+ years of experience, and must be PMHNP or PA-C with CAQ in Psychology.
