TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician, or a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician with Emergency Medicine experience, to join a community hospital Emergency Department in northeastern North Carolina. This opportunity offers a supportive provider team, manageable patient volume, and strong specialty and transport support.

Clinical Environment
15-bed Emergency Department
Approximately 21,000 ED visits annually
Provider team includes physicians and advanced practice providers
12 twelve-hour shifts per month
24-hour hospitalist and radiology coverage
Telestroke support available
Strong air and ground transport support for patient transfers
Full hospital specialty support including:
General Surgery
OB/GYN
Orthopedics
Primary Care
Oncology
Behavioral Health
Neurology
Cardiology
Pain Management
Endocrinology
Urology

This position allows providers to live within commuting distance of northeastern North Carolina or the Tidewater Virginia region.

Requirements
MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
OR
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience
Eligible for North Carolina licensure
