United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Cooks to join their team at Frisch's Big Boy located inside of the Cincinnati Airport!

Responsibilities

• Preparing, assembling and cooking items according to proper procedures
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Washing dishes as needed
• Changing rotating fryer oil and discarding old oil.
• Prep, Date, and rotate product
• Stocking items and monitoring product rotation
• Basic kitchen clean-up (floors, countertops, walls and behind equipment)
• Follow uniform/appearance guidelines

Job Requirements

• Stands for long periods
• Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
• Is legally able to work in the U.S.
• Is able to pass a federal background check
• Executes tasks independently
• Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
• Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
• Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
• Works in or around large crowds
