Location: Preferred Chicago, IL | Open to Central/East US (must be willing to travel to Chicago) Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000/year (based on experience) + commission Eligibility: U.S. Citizens only Our client is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter & Administrative Executive to manage full-cycle hiring while providing essential administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles Source, screen, and interview candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Manage job postings across job boards and social media Conduct reference checks and support onboarding Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and pipelines Build strong professional relationships with candidates and internal teams Provide administrative and office support, including scheduling and correspondence Qualifications 5–7 years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Only shortlisted candidates meeting mandatory pre-requisites shall be notified.
