Optima Medical, a Phoenix-area medical group with 30 locations, is seeking a Medical Coding Specialist to join our team. This role starts with onsite training at our Scottsdale office and will transition to a fully remote position after up to 30 days, requiring residency in Arizona and ongoing coding accuracy. You will review ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes, ensure CMS compliance, and provide feedback to providers.
