This role will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications while driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution and business objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource requirements. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute projects and ensure alignment with business goals. Translate project objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Support product launch and operational improvement initiatives as needed. Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance performance, quality, and efficiency. Develop contingency plans to address project challenges and changing priorities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3‑5+ years of Project Management experience in a cross‑functional environment. Strong experience managing multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. Experience working within matrix organizations and cross‑functional teams.
