Marketing Specialist

Job Summary Reporting to the Solutions Marketing Leader, the Solutions Marketing Specialist supports marketing and commercialization efforts for the $3B+ Residential HVAC and Supply business within Trane Technologies. The role requires a motivated marketer with a proven track record of success, focused on marketing activation, cross‑functional collaboration, and supporting channel partners and consumers. Responsibilities Commercialization: Support marketing efforts to increase awareness and adoption of solutions through literature, website updates, and product information. Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product management, and external agencies to develop marketing activation plans. Project Management: Ensure that email, digital, social, and print campaigns meet project needs and are delivered on time. Sales Enablement: Develop content, tools, and tactics to facilitate customer adoption of solutions with Channel Marketing, Training, and Sales teams. Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activations. Planning: Support short‑ and long‑term marketing activation planning to deliver on KPIs within budget. Process Improvement: Create standard work or improve processes for repetitive activities. Qualifications 3‑6 years’ experience in business development, marketing, or communications. Excellent understanding of the needs of external influencers and internal partners. Project ownership and cross‑functional partnership skills. Passion for providing customers high‑quality resources and support. Strong writing and presentation skills, including value‑proposition development. Track record of delivering tangible results in a high‑performance environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Travel up to 15 %.
