Level II trauma volume keeps CT, X-ray, and diagnostic imaging active around the clock, with interventional radiology and helicopter arrivals feeding the trauma bay. The Paul Kelly Cardio-Pulmonary Institute supports cardiac catheterization and open-heart surgery — work for cath-lab techs, perfusionists, and CV surgical roles. Neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, and general and specialty surgery drive OR and surgical-tech caseloads; stroke care adds neuro-imaging volume. Respiratory care, rehabilitation therapies (PT, OT, speech), and maternity services extend the allied mix across inpatient and outpatient settings.
