ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager for a luxury hotel in Philadelphia. This is a senior leadership role for a hospitality professional who brings a passion for flawless service, an uncompromising work ethic, and the commercial acumen to run a high-volume, fine-dining operation at the highest level.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to consistently deliver an exceptional fine-dining experience Drive guest satisfaction by anticipating preferences and resolving concerns promptly and professionally Oversee financial performance, including cost control, budgeting, and accountability across all areas Develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and service-led culture Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, and wine programmes to support service and upselling Ensure all administrative and operational standards are upheld across the restaurant

WHAT YOU BRING

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume, high-end establishment Deep proficiency across all aspects of fine dining service and beverage programmes Strong business acumen with a proven track record in guest satisfaction and cost control Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric approach A team-first leadership style that motivates and develops those around you
