Metal Fabrication Operator - Laser & Press Brake (57039)

Job Description

IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a Laser Operator for a growing metal manufacturing operation. This position focuses on laser cutting, preparing metal parts, and supporting welding and fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser cutting and other fabrication equipment, including brake presses and benders
• Cut, grind, and drill metal components
• Stage and prepare materials for welding
• Inspect and prepare parts for the next stage of production
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance
• Operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trucks
• Follow all established safety and production procedures

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English to safely follow work instructions and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical manufacturing work
