Performance Food Group - - Responsibilities: Deliver food and food service products to customers according to predetermined routes and schedules; Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of the tractor, trailer, and equipment and report any issues; Ensure freight is loaded securely and verify items against invoices; Obtain customer signatures and payments as required and complete necessary paperwork; Unload products at customer sites and return unsold items or damaged goods per policy; Maintain accurate hours-of-service records and comply with DOT and company requirements; Keep loading docks and trailers clean and organized; secure equipment at end of shift; Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers and support team requirements as needed
