Job Title General Warehouse Worker Summary The General Warehouse supports daily warehouse operations by performing receiving, putaway, picking, packing, cycle counting, and loading/unloading with accuracy and care. The role safely operates material handling equipment and maintains productivity through proper WMS use, housekeeping, and adherence to safety standards. This position contributes to a collaborative, values-driven work environment while completing assigned tasks and additional duties as needed. Warehousers must be able to lift 50 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment with variable conditions, and travel or work flexible hours when required. Responsibilities Perform all core warehouse functions—including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, manifesting, cycle counting, and container loading/unloading—while ensuring accurate handling and accounting of goods. Safely operate powered and nonpowered equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, hand trucks, and other material handling tools. Maintain high standards of productivity and quality through accurate WMS usage, consistent housekeeping, and adherence to safety practices. Support company values and teamwork while completing assigned responsibilities and other duties as requested or directed. Qualifications Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise, and maintain flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
