Pay: $22–$25/hour | Paid Weekly
Schedule: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM + 4 additional hours during the week
Employment Type: W2 Contract

BEPC is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to support our client's membrane manufacturing operations in Sheboygan Falls, WI. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with production equipment, tools, testing, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor membrane manufacturing equipment.
- Verify materials, equipment, and product quality.
- Identify equipment issues and assist with corrective actions.
- Perform basic in-process testing and measurements .
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas.
- Follow FDA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, DOT , and site safety requirements.
- Use hand tools, measuring devices, lab equipment, forklifts, and pallet trucks.
- Support supervisors, chemists, maintenance, and production team members.
- Enter basic information using Excel, Word, and Outlook .
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or HSED required.
- 2–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted .
- Ability to complete a required pre-employment physical .
- Forklift experience is helpful, but training will be provided .
Work Environment
This is an onsite industrial manufacturing position. Required PPE is provided by the facility. The work environment may include chemicals such as acetone, ethanol, butanol, and nitrocellulose in IPA .
