Role Description The Front Desk Representative (agent) is an on-site position located in Noblesville, IN. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. Daily tasks include answering phones, responding to guest inquiries, managing reservations, processing payments, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs. The Front Desk Representative supports guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. This role also involves resolving guest concerns, following brand standards, and accurately documenting activities in hotel systems to support efficient front desk operations. Qualifications Strong customer service and reception skills, with experience greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out, and providing courteous assistance. Proficient phone etiquette and communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication with guests and team members. Experience with reservations and front desk duties, such as booking stays, updating guest profiles, and handling payment transactions. Ability to use hotel management or POS systems, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and follow standard operating procedures. Reliable, punctual, and able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in busy or challenging situations. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments.
