Stable, team-oriented work environment with opportunities for career growth. Job Details Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals. Review plans, specifications, and contract documents. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing. Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analyses. Collaborate with project managers and operations teams during preconstruction. Help identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions. Qualifications: 8+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
