Role Description The Digital Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, with flexibility for part-time work from home. In this position, the Digital Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, manage day-to-day communication, and ensure campaigns align with client goals and performance metrics. The role includes planning and executing digital strategies, coordinating with internal analysts and creative teams, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing regular reports and recommendations. The Digital Account Manager will also support new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and help maintain strong client relationships through proactive problem-solving and clear expectation management. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Account Management skills, including client relationship building, expectation setting, and retention. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present data-driven insights. Candidates should possess Digital Strategy skills, including experience planning, optimizing, and measuring online marketing campaigns. Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as identifying growth opportunities, supporting proposals, and contributing to upselling and cross-selling efforts. Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Relevant experience with digital marketing channels (e.g., paid search, social media, display, email), analytics platforms, and performance reporting tools. Ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and communicate recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration in Raleigh, NC, with independent work from home.
