Overview Exeter Center is hiring for this opportunity. Earn as you learn—tuition is fully covered and you will be paid while attending the training program. Upon completion and licensure, you will receive a pay increase and guaranteed full‑time employment. Training offerings at the following locations: Oceanside Center (Hampton, NH) – starting 6/23/2026 Hackett Hill Center (Manchester, NH) – starting August 2026 Responsibilities Enroll in our Nurse Aide Training Program and work toward becoming a Licensed/Certified Nurse Aide. The training is free, requires no prior experience, and takes 1‑4 months. Successful completion will lead to an open position. You will provide compassionate care for patients and residents and may pursue further clinical or non‑clinical career pathways, including continuing nursing education to become an LPN or RN. Qualifications Must obtain certification from a state‑approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of completing the training program. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors.
