Production Operator

Production Associate

Location: North Wales, PA Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour Shifts Available: 1st Shift or 2nd Shift

Job Responsibilities for Production Associate:

• Measure, weigh, and handle raw materials according to production specifications
• Load raw materials into production equipment and processing systems
• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment to maintain production requirements
• Follow batch records, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Record production data accurately and complete required documentation
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas and equipment
• Assist with material movement and inventory activities as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and GMP procedures

Job Requirements for Production Associate:

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to safely work with raw materials and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
