Territory Manager

What Makes This Opportunity Different Opportunity to work with innovative stroke care technologies Strong leadership team with strong growth initiatives Existing market momentum with continued product expansion Significant territory growth potential across the Southwest region Competitive compensation structure with substantial growth and earning potential tied to territory success What You’ll Be Doing Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare and physician customers Provide interventional case coverage and clinical expertise Drive territory growth by expanding existing business and uncovering new opportunities Achieve quarterly sales goals while supporting overall business objectives and KPIs Develop customer loyalty, retention, and long-term account partnerships Support onboarding of new accounts and assist with VAC process initiatives Monitor market trends, customer needs, product usage, and competitive activity within accounts Maintain organized territory planning, account management, and reporting activities Educate healthcare providers on product features, benefits, and clinical applications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or another related equivalent discipline Minimum 5+ years of medical device sales experience within regulated healthcare environments Has existing relationships in the neurovascular space Confident supporting physicians during procedures and case coverage Demonstrated year-over-year sales success Strong technical and clinical aptitude Ability to thrive within entrepreneurial or growth-stage companies Excellent communication and presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Med Search Recruiting Network, Inc
