The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage project requests, ensuring clear understanding of client or internal needs
• Develop comprehensive project strategies and creative briefs for each assignment, outlining:
• What is needed and the desired outcome
• Why the project is necessary
• Key messaging and communication points
• Required images, branding, and project mandatories
• Final deliverables
• Budget considerations
• Project timeline
• References to previous or related projects
• Key contacts and individuals involved in review and approval processes
• Determine when a kickoff meeting is necessary and coordinate meetings for larger or more complex projects
• Build detailed project timelines and establish milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure project alignment and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and communicate updates to stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in creative, marketing, or related fields
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to develop strategic plans and detailed project briefs
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
