Enrollment Coach

Supporting prospective students through their inquiry and admission process, the full-time remote Enrollment Coach will utilize a consultative sales approach to facilitate enrollment, provide program guidance, and maintain high customer service standards. Key responsibilities Convert prospective students from inquiry through registration while utilizing consultative sales techniques Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide feedback to the Enrollment team regarding student challenges Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records Ability to work autonomously and meet enrollment targets Familiarity with consultative sales processes
