Position : ERP Sales Account Executive Location : Lincoln, RI (onsite Monday- Friday with flexibility for remote for the right candidate) Pay : base salary + uncapped commission potential Candidates must have : 2-3+ years of staffing experience within ERP, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle SAP/E-Business Suite, Lawson, Workday, ServiceNow. What you’ll do Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc. Use your interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities. Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients. Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media. Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts. Determine and understand the business needs of the client, and their ideal candidate profile. Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets. Effectively negotiate pay rates. Partner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant shifting demands. Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone. Strong problem-solving abilities. Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher-ups.
