Order Processing And Customer Communication Specialist

Review, process and follow up on orders and inquiries by telephone, fax, internet, EDI and correspondence from customers and Technical Sales Representatives. Maintain established performance metrics for order accuracy, volume of entries, phone volume and error rate. Responsible for timely customer communications including but not limited to pricing information, order confirmation and shipping status. Proactively review open order reports and information, providing documentation as requested to customers, manufacturing plants or sales. Process and monitor Return Authorizations, obtain required approvals for changes to customer-specific information and special accommodations. Own, manage, maintain and update customer data and files. Other job responsibilities and requirements that may be assigned.
