Current state employees are not eligible for recruitment payments upon transfer, demotion, or promotion to another agency. Work/life balance is very important to us. We offer 10-hour shift scheduling with 2-3 days off in a row without working more than 3-4 days. The shifts we currently have available are 1pm-11pm and 9pm-7am with days off as assigned including every other weekend.
