What You'll Do:
Assemble high-tech components with precision, ensuring quality standards are met
Package finished products efficiently for timely delivery
Collaborate with a team to optimize production workflows
Perform various tasks on the production line and in warehouse settings
Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and improve processes
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience welcomed
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
Ability to read tape measurements and follow detailed instructions (verbal and written)
Capacity to stand for an entire shift and lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Reliable and diligent with a strong work ethic
Shift Options:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.80 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
