Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Schedule: Full-Time | Day, Evening, and Overnight Shifts Available

Compensation: $20.00 $23.00 per hour

A skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join its team. We are hiring for all three shifts and are looking for caring professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional support and assistance to geriatric residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Take and record vital signs as assigned
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care
• Ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and treated with dignity and respect
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
• Assist nursing staff with resident care and unit activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Follow facility policies and all state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Active New York State CNA certification required
• Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care
