Retail Ops Leader: Elevate Inventory & Guest Experience

SEPHORA is seeking an Operations Leader to enhance store success through exceptional management of inventory and client experiences. The role involves leading the operations team, driving brand presentation, and fostering a collaborative culture. You will coach team members and uphold company standards while ensuring a rewarding work environment. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate teams.
