NOW HIRING: RECEPTIONIST / PHONE & EMAIL COORDINATOR

Allen Chevrolet Cadillac – Monroe, MI
Full-Time | $40K–$55K+ Potential

We're looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team and help handle the phones, emails, and customer communication at our dealership.

This isn't your typical receptionist job. You'll have an important role in helping customers get connected with the right people, scheduling appointments, and making sure they get a great experience from the first time they contact us.

No automotive experience is required. We'll train you on our systems and processes. What matters most is that you're good with people, comfortable on the phone, organized, and willing to work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails
• Help customers get connected with our sales and service teams
• Schedule customer appointments
• Follow up with customers when needed
• Respond to online inquiries and messages
• Enter and update customer information in our CRM
• Help keep communication organized between customers and our team
• Assist with basic administrative tasks around the dealership

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Friendly and professional personality
• Comfortable talking to customers on the phone
• Good communication and listening skills
• Organized and dependable
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Someone who can stay busy and manage multiple things at once
• Customer service, office, or receptionist experience is a plus
• Automotive experience is not required

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, treats people right, and takes pride in doing a good job.
