Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent day-to-day service to customers while supporting internal administrative operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and plays an essential role in ensuring
smooth office functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and in person
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Assist with processing orders, returns, and service requests
- Maintain and update customer account information
Office Administration
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail distribution
- Support daily office operations including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Keep accurate records and databases
- Perform general administrative duties and help maintain a clean, organized office environment
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations in collaboration with senior team members
- Assist with operational documentation such as job folders
- Support onboarding of new employees and assist with employee inquiries
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred)
- 3–4 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
- Knowledge of office management tools and procedures
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
