Job Title: Clean Beauty Lead Reporting to: Boutique Manager Overview Credo Beauty is a trusted voice in the under‑regulated beauty industry and a recognized pioneer in clean beauty retail. We are looking for a Clean Beauty Lead to join Credo Abbot Kinney, representing the brand’s values to our retail guests. Responsibilities Lead conversations with guests about Credo mission, pillars, and brand initiatives. Expertly perform Credo services, including skincare consultations, mini facials, and makeup applications. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services while role modeling our Service & Selling Model. Keep informed of product ingredients and benefits to better serve guests. Provide enhanced product recommendations based on guests’ needs or goals. Maintain friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous service as a priority. Ensure you and your team offer exceptional service; complete required learning modules. Serve as an in‑store training liaison and drive daily training initiatives. Support training for new hires and seasonal staff. Partner with management to review and execute sales plans. Support company initiatives such as sustainability, brand launches, featured campaigns, and events. Communicate effectively with Store Manager, peers, brand representatives, and guests. Handle sales, refunds, exchanges, and cash handling responsibilities. Utilize store clienteling platform to build relationships. Participate in physical inventory preparation, organization, and cycle counting. Lead store opening and closing duties per standards. Adhere to visual merchandising, cleaning, stocking, and dress‑code policies. Lift, move, carry, and organize inventory up to 50 lbs. Stand for long periods and work shift schedules reliably. Required Experience At least 2 years of retail beauty keyholder/leadership experience. Experience in an in‑store service and selling environment. Proficiency promoting skincare, makeup, body, and hair care products, including varied textures and fragrances. Ability to build and sustain relationships with guests and team members. Commitment to a positive, solution‑oriented, inclusive workplace. Qualifications Effective communication skills and multitasking ability. Adaptability and quick response to challenges. Flexible availability to work mornings/afternoons, early evenings, weekends, and holidays; at least one weekend per week. Additional education in esthetics or relevant fields is a plus. Passion for Guest services and working closely with people. Learning about beauty products, application techniques, and sharing knowledge.
