Staff Development Coordinator RN
Alpha Home Health and Hospice
Lead clinical education and training for long-term care and rehabilitation teams. Coordinate orientation, competencies, and ongoing in-service programs to ensure quality care, safety, and regulatory compliance. Partner with nursing leadership to assess learning needs and develop tailored educational strategies. Mentor staff at all levels to promote professional growth and continuous improvement. Support a resident-centered, faith-based environment by fostering compassionate, person-centered services daily.
