A busy, established neurosurgical private practice in San Diego, California is seeking a fellowship-trained, endovascular neurosurgeon to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a high-volume practice in one of the most desirable cities in the country, with the infrastructure and referral base of San Diego's largest health system behind you.

Position Highlights

• Affiliation with Sharp HealthCare - San Diego's largest health system spanning 5 hospitals
• Independent contractor structure offering autonomy and flexibility
• Shared call across an established team
• Competitive guaranteed compensation: $600,000 - $750,000
• Start date: Fall 2027

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited institution
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurological Surgery
• Fellowship training in endovascular neurosurgery required
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of California
• Minimum of 3 strong letters of recommendation (including program director and/or department chair)
