Travel Behavioral Health Registered NurseThis is a 13-week contract position.Rotating Shift, Days/Nights, EOW, 3x12sThe Travel Behavioral Health Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a 44-bed inpatient psychiatric facility. This role includes managing both adolescent and geriatric behavioral health units, ensuring adherence to the philosophy, goals, and standards of the nursing department.Deliver compassionate and professional nursing care to patients within the behavioral health units.Oversee the management of clinical activities and maintain high standards of nursing care delivery.Implement staffing and scheduling for nursing personnel in accordance with unit needs.Conduct orientation and educational sessions for nursing staff, promoting positive public relations.Maintain good working relationships with multidisciplinary teams within the facility.Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.Inpatient adolescent psychiatric experience required.De-escalation training/certification; participation in SAFE Training Course available if needed.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Floating between adolescent and geriatric behavioral health units is required.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
