The Role Thompson Hosts (Front Office Host) are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You’ll be the face of Thompson as a Thompson Host. The Hotels Thompson Austin offers 212 luxury guestrooms and suites plus 17 residences, along with a 10,000 square foot wellness center, 3 restaurant and bar concepts, an expansive pool deck, private cabanas, and over 10,000 square feet of flexible and traditional event space.
