You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure the creation and maintenance of high-quality tools that meet our exacting standards.Primary Responsibilities:Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Set up and operate machine tools such as Manual lathes, milling machines, and grinders.Fabricate and repair tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.Conduct tests to ensure that tools meet specifications and adjust as necessary.Perform routine maintenance on tools and dies to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve tooling processes.Maintain accurate records of tool modifications and repairs.Minimum of 5 years of hand-on experience in manual machining.Strong knowledge of machining practices and toolroom proceduresProficient in reading and interpreting technical drawingsHigh attention to detail and problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical school preferredBenefits: after 60 days of employmentMedicalDentalVisionSTDLTD- Paid by employerLife Insurance- Paid by employerBenefits (eligible after 90 days)401(k) with 4% company matchMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceShort-Term Disability (STD)Long-Term Disability (LTD) – Employer PaidLife Insurance – Employer PaidSchedule8-hour shiftsMonday to FridayHow to ApplyInterested candidates can apply by visiting our website: Precision is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
