Service Porter/Customer Service
At Pat Armstrong Ford, we take pride in delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers. Our Service Porter/Customer Service team plays a crucial role in connecting with guests, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless service visit for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and taking them to the correct person for their appointment.
- Pick up & deliver guests vehicles for Service appointments.
- Shuttle our guests to local area while their vehicle is in Service.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle and rental vehicles, including fueling and reporting any mechanical issues or damages.
- Keeping track of vehicle locations on the lot and maintaining lot tidiness.
- Clean vehicles for Sales and Service departments.
- Moving and parking cars on the lot.
- Be able to manage various tasks daily to ensure great customer service and that our operations run smoothly.
- Be a team player.
- Tech-savvy must be able to operate dispatching and map apps on mobile phones.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
- Valid drivers license
- Must be 18 years or older
