Hoidale Co., Inc. is looking for a hardworking, ready-to-learn, Fuel Compliance

Testing Technician. The job entails testing of underground fuel storage tanks, product lines, containment sumps and the monitoring equipment for a fueling center. Travel will be involved throughout the state of Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Looking for a person who is mechanically and electronically inclined with a good attitude and work ethic. Other job duties will include troubleshooting and servicing fueling and lubrication systems, pumps, and meters.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Compliance testing to adhere to state regulations.
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment per customer’s request.
• Acquire and maintain vendor training, certifications, and licenses to be proficient in the operation and repair of the equipment we sell.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer skills
• Mechanical skills

Overview:

Members of our technical team are front line customer service representatives for our company. Technicians are often the most frequent contact our customers have with the company, so making a good first and last impression are especially important. Only a good attitude, professional appearance, and the drive to take care of our customer’s needs will be accepted. Technicians are trained in the field as well as attend certification classes with our vendors to become proficient in the testing, repair, and operation of the equipment we sell. Technicians are issued a company vehicle. Overnight travel is required, this could also mean starting early and working late. The company will furnish laptop and cell phone.
