About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide visionary and collaborative leadership in the strategic direction, development, and execution of enterprise technology. The CTO will be a key member of the senior digital leadership team, playing a pivotal role in advancing digital transformation to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This executive will be responsible for defining and executing the enterprise technology vision, ensuring that all technology platforms are aligned with the organization's digital strategy, and advising on emerging technologies, risks, and opportunities. The role also involves overseeing IT infrastructure, cloud strategy, network architecture, and system reliability, as well as leading the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Candidates for the CTO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 15 years' progressive IT experience, with at least 10 years in IT or business leadership roles. A background in senior leadership within a large, complex healthcare organization or vendor environment is essential, with a focus on operational and financial leadership, vendor and stakeholder management, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be adept at building and leading high-performing technology organizations, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, and supporting the professional growth of the IT team. Strong skills in data, analytics, and AI enablement, as well as a proven track record in managing strategic vendor partnerships and ensuring the ROI on major technology investments, are also required.
