Job Description
JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical

SCHEDULE: Days, 12-hour shifts

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

REQUIREMENTS:
- Active nursing license
- Experience in acute-care settings preferred

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients based on established standards and nursing processes.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in patient care.
- Ensure compliance with patient care protocols and safety standards.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES:
- Must adhere to all facility policies regarding orientation, background checks, and drug screens.
