In this role, you’ll:

• Own recruiting from sourcing through placement

• Build strong candidate and client relationships

• Source creatively through job boards, social media, referrals & events

• Partner with Sales & Operations to deliver great talent

• Communicate regularly in both English and Spanish with teammates and clients

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

We’re looking for someone who is people-smart, resourceful, driven, and passionate about making an impact.
