We train to the highest quality to support our clients with the necessary tools to live an average life in their community. 1stCFS is currently looking for Direct Support Professionals who are: Eager to learn and grow Goal-oriented and adaptable Kind and service-minded As a Direct Support Professional, you will: Support clients with living freely and cheerfully in their homes by working with them to accomplish their goals. Help with clients' everyday needs (transportation, bathing, preparing meals, etc.) Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying, vacuuming, and changing bed linens. Aid in safe transportation and community outings. Share in activities with the client (shopping, Special Olympics, movies, etc.) Provide encouragement and coaching to people who are working to develop daily living skills & healthy habits. Report the successes and growth you provided during your shift. 1stCFS offers: Development of skills that you can take with you anywhere in our organization. Paid training & a rewarding work environment. Pay to start between $13.00-15.00 per hour depending on certifications and experience, Opportunities for people who are brand new to the field and for seasoned support professionals (Entry Level and Prior Experience).
