What You Will Do Dallas Airfoil Repair Operations in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Production Generalist to support our aero‑engine and Industrial Gas Turbine airfoil refurbishment operations. We offer a dynamic work environment and are looking for motivated individuals who embrace continuous improvement and new ideas. This position is available for second shift. Perform surface preparation and repair tasks on turbine airfoil components, including grit blasting, masking, blending, and other routine operations. Support the development and training of team members. Carry out assigned duties to enhance individual capability and team performance. Perform additional tasks as needed to support facility operations. Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures. Maintain positive working relationships across the team. Complete all work with a strong focus on safety.
