Our customer service associates are the heart of the guest experience at Keystone Safari. This is a hands-on, interactive role where every day is an adventure!

*Associates are responsible for: *

• Giftshop and "Fast Pass" Admissions: (Welcoming guests, processing admissions and merchandise sales, stocking, cleaning etc.)
• Animal Feeding Stations: Operating the Giraffe, Llama, and Barnyard feeding stands - encouraging safe and memorable guest interactions.
• Mining Sluice and Goat Pen Operations: Setting up pans, maintaining a clean space, monitoring the goat pen
• Drive-Thru Safari Admissions: Greet guests, process payments, educate on the rules and regulations
• Guest Engagement: Helping every guest have a wild and wonderful adventure by providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and sharing fun facts.
• Park Beautification: Keeping public areas, giftshop, and all stations tidy and welcoming (this often includes light cleaning and weeding)

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
