Your expertise will be crucial in designing customized refrigeration solutions, overseeing project development, ensuring safety and quality, and acting as a technical advisor to clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a geographically diverse team in alignment with organizational goals. Serve as a technical expert in refrigeration systems, specializing in beverage industry applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to design customized refrigeration solutions. Oversee the development and implementation of refrigeration projects, ensuring efficiency and budget adherence. Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality, following industry standards and best practices. Stay updated with the latest advancements in refrigeration technology and propose innovative solutions. Provide technical guidance to clients on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Develop training programs for internal teams and clients. Collaborate with service and maintenance teams to ensure system integrity and performance. Create and maintain detailed documentation related to refrigeration system designs and maintenance procedures. Compensation: Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Professional Engineering License a plus. Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in refrigeration systems, with a focus on beverage industry applications. In-depth knowledge of refrigeration technologies, including ammonia-based systems. Proficiency in PLC-based electrical controls and control interfaces. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
